ok, i have a popcorn machine like they have at movie theatres. Its smaller tough. But how do i pop it? I know how to turn it on and such. I dont know how many cups or tbspn of contents to put in. I have kernels, oil, and salt. All popcorn. Liek, its popcorn oil, popcorn salt, and popcorn kernals.

I have a popcorn machine that is a miniature of the ones like at the theater. However, after I add the oil and the kernels, and everything is popped and I dump it out, the popcorn is room temp. How can I make it hot like at the movies?

You know those really old school popcorn makers? Where you put the oil in, and it has a crank, and you add the kernels and then it pops when you turn the crank? When do you add seasoning, for example: salt? I’ve always buttered it after I’ve popped it and then poured salt on it. However, it struck me today that maybe I should put the salt in during the popping, what do you do?

We have a popcorn machine. It’s popped using vegetable oil, not buttery stuff or that salty powder and there was no salt added. But still, could this be harmful? I recently purchased a second hand popcorn machine as an incentive for the employees at my office. After making a few batches and handing them out throughout the office I began to notice that something wasn’t right. The machine was leaving a large number of kernels unpopped and was also making a strange gurgling noise. Upon inspection I found that there was a dead rat stuck in the tube that distributes the oil to the pan where the corn is popped. Judging by the state of the rat it had been there for a long time. I don’t feel like I should use the machine anymore (even with the rat removed), but I don’t know how to explain to my employees why I am getting rid of their reward right after I brought it in. What should I do?

I see them in thrift stores, but not the kind that agitate the kernels and require oil. Does the popcorn get too dry?
