Just a quick tutorial! Hope you like it : )

My first attempt at roasting coffee in a hot air popcorn popper. It was very simple after a little trial and error. I found that with this model of popper 1/3 cup of beans for 4:00 minutes yielded the best results. You really have to monitor it closely, once that 2nd crack starts at 4:00 minutes, stop the machine and cool the beans down in a metal strainer or colander. Let the coffee “cure” overnight, I had it for breakfast the next day and it was great. The beans are green Kona, pick them up for only for a pound, including shipping at www.huladaddy.com they produce wonderful beans and are very quick at shipping.

I am renting a popcorn machine from a local vendor. I asked them if I could make kettle corn in the popper. It is a large unit like you see at festivals. They didn’t know. Anyone have info on if this can be done? I don’t want to wreck it since I am renting it and will be charged $$ if it gets damaged.

well i wanted to rent a cotton candy machine.. a popcorn machine and a chocolate fountain, but i cant find anywhere cheap in Williamsville NY. So if you could please tell me a place that you know of?

Also, ive got part of the day set. First were going to go in a limo to a minature golf place to eat and obviously play miniature golf(by the way they also have an arcade so we just wont have to play miniature golf). Then after 2 hours or more.. were going to go back to my house and hire a professional nail artist to do all are nails. After that i dont know what to do.. i have a pool, hott tub, a trampoline n a 4 wheeler. For entertainment what do i do? Imean we could always play games but i dont really know what type of games to play either so could you guys help me with that too? Its also a sleepover so what should we do then? plz help!!
